About Us

Julians Boudin and Cracklin’s started as Mystique Burger. All we sold was burgers and fries in San Antonio Texas. Mystique Burger became Mystique’s Better Burgers after moving to Houston in 1994, then in 2007 we changed the name to Julian’s fired chicken Cajun Krispy after a couple of setbacks in the same year, we started Julian’s Boudin and Cracklins. The change was a hit. We have continued to grow ever since with my collies in Louisiana which has stood with me through this process.
