Owner was super kind super friendly. The food was made fresh and was super delicious. I don't know what kind of sauce he gave us for dipping but help me Jesus I haven't stopped thinking about it. I want to put it on everything. I will definitely be back.

So me and my wife and my son stopped at this place today, and it had to be hands down the best Boudin and cracklins I've ever had, and I'm not just saying that. I have had plenty from all over the place even the best stop in Katy can't touch this stuff the green onions were still crunchy inside of the boudin and that's how fresh the Boudin was not to mention the Boudin actually was homemade this guy is a genius and a beautiful soul. We will aphasia be back no matter where he is.

Now this is how the pepper-jack is supposed to cascade out of a boudin ball. 🤤 First time here. Cracklins were cooked to perfection. Cod and shrimp delicious. The grease is CLEAN. Great customer service and they are open til 3am. 🙏🏽 Check him out!

Read the entire review. I've been out of Houston for a while. Came back for a visit and was DETERMINED to eat the best tasting food my whole trip. If you've ever lived in the country, you'll understand why this was so urgent. Anyway, I saw this pop up on Google maps and decided to give it a try. I am SOO glad that I did. First off, Melvin is so kind. His energy is just radiant. As hot as it is today, you'd think he would be in a hurry to stop conversing and go hide in the shade. He was more than pleasant. Lemme tell you about this food though.... Oh My GOODNESS! 🤤🤤🤤🤤 I had the boudin balls, 1 boudin link, fries, some shrimp. Coupled with the mild bbq sauce, hot sauce and tartar sauce. I pulled over to take a bite and got lost in my plate. I'm quite sure the people in the parking lot got a kick out of my good food dance. The boudin is CORRECTLY SEASONED. If you are a boudin person, you'll understand what I mean. I did NOT have to add salt on ANYTHING. Fries were crispy enough to crunch but soft and fluffy on the inside. And that doggone BBQ sauce. I believe I had mild.... I could swim in that! Waiting for that to hit the shelves in HEB. It's ssooooooooooo goooooodd. The tartar sauce is amazing too. Literally have to stop eating so I can finish my errands but in 2 hours... ITS ON AGAIN 🤣 Thanks Melvin! Blessings to you and your business ☺️

Came here for one thing only, Cracklins. They did not disapoint. Really worth it, great taste, even without the seasonings. The address is misleading as the setup is on the corner at the intersection of Morton and Fry.

What can I say. No more waiting to get my cracking fix when I visit Louisiana. This crackling is so good and fresh. And to top it off he sometimes has chicken crackling which is my daughter’s favorite as well. Fish and boudin balls are also good 😊

Wonder crackling and boudin balls and great fried fish!

This place is incredible and the owner Marvin is an absolute gem. I he's got this loving father vibe that I really connected with. He's retired and living his best life. Come support this incredible man and his amazing food! These are the best, freshest cracklin's I've ever had, and if you don't eat pork no problem. Marvin's also serving up home made Boudin balls, home made tartar sauce, fish, shrimp, wings, fried rice and more!!! If you like cracklin's, Cajun food, or seafood this is THE place to come!!! He also fries all of his food in peanut oil so be aware if you have a peanut allergy.

We went out on 9/17/2021 evening to visit this food truck. The greeted us with hospitality you don't find any more. We wanted crackling and boudain. We were NOT Disappointed. We had boudain balls too!!! Everything was so fresh and delicious. This guy may not be Louisiana breed but knows his crackling and boudain. This is the place for Authentic boudain and crackling. We will be BACK ASAP!
